HIP-HOP CULTURE CAMP

(Summer dance program for kids ages 4 - 11)

Hip Hop is a culture, not just dance.

Join us as we dive into the 4 pillars of Hip Hop Culture.

Our campers will explore becoming Emcees, using literacy to write their rhymes for the 1st pillar. They will physically produce the music that accompanies their rhymes. This will give them a peek into the 2nd pillar, DJaying. We will go back to the beginning of Hip Hop dance with the 3rd pillar, by exploring grooves, breaking, locking & popping. We will conclude with the fourth pillar, with visual art in Graffiti.

Your young camper will be educated through experiential and historical learning.

Join us for 1, 2 or all 3 weeks.
Before & after care available.

 

Enhance skills, keep in shape, and make new friends. No previous dance experience is required. (Health & Safety protocols will be followed)

         MINI CAMPERS:

• Ages 4 & 5  (9:30am - 12:30pm) $135 + HST/Week

​

         JUNIOR CAMPERS:

• Ages 6-11 (9:30am - 3:30pm)   $275 + HST/Week 

• Pizza Party Fridays included!​

• Before care - 8:00am - 9:30am (email for rates)

• Aftercare - 3:30pm - 6:00pm (email for rates)
